The Mid Iowa Rollers
(Iowa’s First all Women Roller Derby League)
is holding tryouts for the 2012 Season!!!!
Details:
SHOW UP FOR ONE BOOT CAMP WEEKEND and TRYOUT
-Must be female
-18 and over
-No medical conditions preventing you from playing a contact sport
-Equipment required to participate in boot camps and tryouts (Helmet, mouth guard, wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads – check out Subsect Skate shop in the east village or Skate West in West Des Moines)
-Sign a MIR waiver
-Before boot camp, READ Women’s Flat Track Derby Association Rules as tryouts will be based on WFTDA rules and skills (www.wftda.com)
-Wear work out clothes you can skate in
-Cost is $10 per weekend/ includes Tryouts
Mini Boot Camp Dates
November 5th and 6th 9am – 12 pm
November 12th and 13th 9am – 12 pm

November 19th @ Skate West 2019 Grand Ave. West Des Moines, IA
